Why: Because we need to bring soul back into the conversation.

Details: We know where soul meets body, but where does soul meet social media in 2019? We work, play, and experiment in the digital media world everyday, but it’s incredibly easy to lose our sense of self in the noise and allow the pressure to perform on these platforms to overwhelm our wellbeing.

We should know, we run a digital media company and it’s our job to stay social. We’ve longtime preached that it’s possible to be authentic and create real connections through your social presence, but it’s time we dove into what’s really happening in the digital media world, how it affects us, and how we can be part of positive change in the future of the rapidly evolving landscape.

We want to see a world in which our social media self and our real, authentic self, are not so far apart. This won’t be easy, but it starts with honest conversations (over wine).

There is no person more adept to speak to balancing mental wellness with social media status than our next speaker, Sunny Lenarduzzi. Dynamic, empowering, and just plain bad-ass, Sunny is an entrepreneur, broadcaster, and award winning social media and brand strategist. She has developed a fierce digital identity and an incredibly impressive roster of high profile clients based on her authentic and savvy brand of intelligence.
